How do I return an item?

 

    
     



Instruction:
  1. This instruction is valid for all types of returns. When you apply for a Return
    Registration Number (RN) it is important that you fill in all information above.
    The RN is valid for 14 days (Europe) and 21 days (worldwide).

  2. Gallery Pascale / Norep AB will send you the RN by e-mail as soon as the application has been approved.

  3. Goods destined for returns are to be handled as new. All items MUST be returned
    inside their original packaging complete with all extras. Wrap it once more as not to damage the
    original package and its contents during transport. The outer wrapping should be marked clearly with the RN.

Note: Returning goods without a registered RN is not accepted.
